Hollandia Pools and Spas Pool Triage! We thought that we had a leak in the pool liner (based on my non-professional review of the circumstances). Since not being able to keep sufficient water in the pool to reach the skimmer water return makes it impossible to use the pool, Hollandia Pools came to the rescue the day after my first call! White Knights Derek and Coby came to the rescue. After testing the below ground piping which thankfully is in good shape, they checked the connections around the pump, filter and gas heater. Low and behold, there was a pipe from the heater back to the pool that essentially fell off when they were checking the connections. We must have been watering the trees and plants around the heater with warm water! All said we were back in business once the water was topped off. I can't say enough good things about their service department and their sales folks. Old Review (still valid) I have been dealing with Hollandia for probably over 30 years. Although I have been opening and closing our pool, since it was first installed, I always rely upon their expertise and resources when equipment needs attention or replacement. I must also say that the staff are very friendly and professional. As some reviewers have indicated, they are not pushing chemical sales and only recommend action for steps that are really necessary. I also appreciate the new system for paying frankly a nominal amount for water testing. I used to be reluctant to bring in water samples until there was clearly something off in the pool water out of concern about "taking advantage" but with the new system, I have become a more engaged and responsible pool owner and it pays off since we tend to jump on the potential appearance of any water issues by running in for a test! I did not use up all my tests last year and the "unused portion" was carried forward to this year which is most generous and frankly not necessary. I think that most of the few negative reviews in the google system are not fair and some not appropriate. It is unfortunate that most folks only save their energies for complaints as it skews the reviews in the wrong direction.
